Since October 7, 2023, Gaza has been reduced to rubble. Homes have turned to dust, hospitals are silenced, and lives have been torn apart. Entire neighbourhoods have been erased.
Children are buried beneath concrete, and survivors are left in a land devoid of safety, light, or shelter.
We must never forget who is enduring this destruction and why it is happening. We must hold accountable those who have funded, armed, and protected the Israeli regime as it carries out what can only be described as a live-streamed genocide in front of the world.
Some object to using the word “holocaust” to describe the suffering of the Palestinian people. Yet, after two years of witnessing this horror unfold in real time, what other word could suffice?
